September favorites

Hey guys! Today I’m back with my most used/favorite products during the month of september! This month was soooo hectic. I came back from South-Africa and had to go to college right away, picked up my blogging again and had to catch up with my friends after 3 months of holiday. I know crazy! But there are a few products/items I really enjoyed during september.

Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation
I feel like I’m the last person on earth trying this product and I don’t know why because it is amazing!!! It has medium to full coverage, looks like skin, sits beautifuly on the skin and has the perfect color match. I LOVE this foundation, I’ve been using it everyday!

Since september has been this crazy I’ve really been getting into planning. I’m writing everything down. To-do lists, desk planners, weekly notes, shopping lists,… EVERYTHING and I’ve been loving it! Organization is the key 😀

Louis Vuitton Neverfull
I took this with me to travel, I use this as my schoolbag, I use it when I go sleep at my friends house,… This bag has been my go to lately! It fits so much stuff and looks classy and not toooo bulky.

That’s it for my september favorites, not that much I know but I love everything 100%!

Summer Favorites

Hey guys!
I can’t believe it’s already halfway August! I feel like the summer just started. Anyway today I’ll be sharing with you my most used/favorite products during July and August.
I want to start with the favorite thing I got the past few months. My steph-dad gave me this stunning Swarovski ring. I’m so in love with it. It’s very classic so I wear it with almost everything. I’m so grateful because this is truly something special.

Next up is a beauty product I’ve been using all summer. There’s almost nothing left in the bottle. It’s a simple hair oil but it’s been my savior! The sun just makes my hair so dry!! I put this oil in overnight and by the morning my hair is silky and smooth again. It’s by Garnier so very affordable!
For the summer I’m wearing this fresh, flowery scent by Marc Jacobs. It’s the Daisy Dream perfume and it’s perfect for these summer days.
As you might have seen on my previous blog posts, I’ve been traveling and wandering around a lot. I always made sure to have the basics with me such as my camera, money and my phone. I wanted a small easy bag that would fit every outfit. So for the whole month i’ve been wearing this same bag from Pimkie. The ruffles on the bag are just everything!
Last up I want to quickly mention 2 last things I’ve been using/doing a lot this summer. First of all is this nail-polish by essence, which is my favorite brand for nail polishes! It’s this gorgeous pink (but not too pink) color. It’s called My Love Diary.
Second is this AMAZING book. As much as I love my Jane Austen books, I think I have a new favorite. It’s Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. I would reccomend it to everyone!

That sums up all of my summer favorites. What are your favorites of this summer! Be sure to let me know! 🙂

If I could design my own closet

If I could design my own closet… It might seem as an easy thing to do but honestly, it would take me ages to perfect it. If you’d ask me this 2 years ago I wouldn’t even care. But since fashion became such a big part of what I love this question became really hard. Obviously I have an idea and a certain style I want to share with you today.

A closet definitely needs these few things:

  1. The main area
Even though I like simplistic and modern, I would want my closet to be more on the classic style with touches of today. I don’t know how to explain so I’ll let a picture speak. It’s not exaclty what I want but it’s in the right direction.
Something I can’t miss in the area? a nice small sofa.

  2. Lighting
Natural light is my go to, I want to know how my outfit looks outside. So a big window is a must! But obviously i won’t always be dressing myself during the day so a nice chandelier would look gorgeous.
  3. Mirror
This is so obvious but it’s not easy chosing one. Do I want it hanging on the wall or standing? I chose a standing mirror because it’s easy to place it wherever you want. It’s simplistic with a touch of elegance at the top, just what I like.
  4. A closet island
Isn’t this what everyone wants? A closet so big you can put an island in it. It’s definitely what I want. It’s easy to store little things like jewelry, sunglasses, scarfs, clutches,…

Now you got to take a glimpse of what goes on in my mind when I think about ‘my dream closset’. What would you really need in your closet?

Only 3 favorites for April!

I wasn’t going to write a April favorites because as the title says, I only have 3! I didn’t think it was worth a post. But even though I only have 3, I can honestly say I love all 3 of them! Let’s get started 🙂

  1. Giorgio Armani – Si
I’ve only been using this the past 2 weeks but I love it! I think this is a great fragrance for someone who doesn’t like ‘in your face smells’ because this is so sublte and timeless, amazing!
  2. YSL lipstick – 10 seduce me pink
This is a lipstick from the new YSL range. It’s a ‘volupté tint-in-balm’. So as it says it’s more of a tinted balm but it leaves such a nice color for an everyday look or on top of a lipstick!
And isn’t the packaging to die for…
  3. Bullet journaling
I bought a notebook just a few months ago but it’s only recently I started bullet journaling and I love it! Stay tuned to take a sneek peek into my bullet journal!

Classic look in a picturesque town

It’s not always high heels in a big city, sometimes, more often, it’s a simple look in a small little town. which is totaly fine with me!

Obsessed with being well dressed, totaly! But sometimes an outfit can be very simple with pieces that have been in your closet for ages. That’s what happened today and to me, it’s also blog worthy. I hope you like it!

March favorites

It’s the end of the month already and I feel like I wasn’t ‘wauwed’ by anything this month. It was so busy!! First of all I got my drivers license (yes!!!) , it was my boyfriend his birthday, etc… It was an amazing month but unfortunately I only have a few products I used a lot through out the month, let’s have a look!

  1. Vera Wang – Princess fragrance

Spring is finally here which means I want a more ‘fruity’ fragrance and when I found this I knew it was going to become a favorite. First of all, it looks amazing but the smell is even better!

  2. sun sun sun!
Can I count the sun as a favorite? Because honestly, girls just want to have sun! It’s that time of the year where I can get my gorgeous sunglasses out and read a magazine in the sun! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
oh, and please notice my stunning marble case!
  3. PS bronze
As the sun is coming out so are the dresses but I don’t want to blind anyone with my white legs so this primark self tan has been my rescue! This is the first self tan I’ve ever used but it’s so good! It is so easy to apply together with the St. Moriz mitt!
  4. Paris Londres shoes
Last but definitely not least this gorgeous pair of shoes! I know they look like Gucci but they aren’t. I bought these last month in Paris Londres and I absolutely love them! It’s something very classic you can wear anytime of the year.

What did you like most in the month of March? be sure to let me know!

  2. Burberry Brit Fragrance
I got this for my valentine’s day and I absolutely love it. I’ve been wearing it every single day! It’s a very subtle and every day sent.
  3. Louis Vuitton Neverfull
This is the latest addition to my bag collection and I’ve been wearing it non-stop. I take it to school, to work,.. everywhere. It’s so big and fits anything really. Love it!
  4. Maybelline color tattoo 93
This color matches my skin tone perfect so I use it as an eyeshadow base. It’s very similar too the Mac paint pot in Soft Ochre. I set it with some powder and my eyeshadow glides on!
